Our Promise to You:
We take great pride in the materials and craftsmanship behind every item. To give you peace of mind, we offer a 1-year warranty on all of our pieces. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us with proof of purchase, and we’ll work to resolve any issues.

Special Care for Bracelets:
For select bracelets, we offer complimentary size adjustments to ensure a perfect fit. If you own an elastic bracelet, rest assured that it comes with a lifetime warranty on the elastic material. Should the elastic require replacement, simply return the original natural stones used in your bracelet’s creation, and we will gladly restore it.

What’s Not Covered:
Please note that our warranty does not extend to damages caused by improper use, rough handling, or exposure to excessive moisture and chemicals. We kindly ask that you treat each piece with care, as they are meant to be treasured for years to come.

Shipping & Warranty Claims:
For warranty claims, the shipping costs (both ways) are the responsibility of the customer. We do our best to ensure every piece is packaged with the utmost care to protect it during transit.
